LaneDesk respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is LaneDesk (trading name), MetaVentures S.A., RCS Luxembourg B298449, VAT LU37254580, 14 rue Léon Thyes, L-2636 Luxembourg.

2. What we collect
We only collect what you enter in our forms:
- Contact form: name, company, email or phone, number of trucks, TMS used and your message.
- ROI calculator: your email address and the figures you enter (orders per day, minutes per order, error rate) to send you your result.
- Technical data: visit statistics and advertising measurement, only if you accept cookies (see section 7).
3. Why, and on what basis

We don't send newsletters unless you ask separately, and we never resell your data.
4. How long we keep it
Contact and enquiry data is kept up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a client relationship begins (then the retention period in the contract applies). After that we delete or anonymise it.
5. Who processes your data (sub-processors)
We use a limited number of service providers that process data on our behalf, under appropriate safeguards (data processing agreement, EU processing or EU Standard Contractual Clauses):

- Hosting, hosting of this website.
- Email, for our communication with you.
- Forms and CRM, to store and follow up your request.
- Appointments, to schedule a call.
- Visit statistics and advertising, only with your consent (see section 7).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@lanedesk.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.
Not satisfied? You can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: in Luxembourg the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), in Belgium the Data Protection Authority, in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
7. Cookies
We always use strictly necessary storage: for example, we remember your cookie choice in your browser.
We only place other cookies if you click Accept. With those we measure how the site is used (PostHog, on servers in the EU) and how our advertising performs (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta). If you click Decline, they do not load, and Google only receives anonymous signals without cookies.
You can change your choice at any time via Cookies at the bottom of every page.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
